Hi,

With the plants I got the planaria, snails and something else that I try to identify.

Its white, don't move, stick on the glass and it's like a white seed from Dandelion...

Also I have a white mold on the wood, maybe it's related.

Any ideas?

Thanks

It's an algae. Ectoprocta (Bryozoa).

For some reason I looked at the first photo and saw a long thing sticking on the glass. When I finally thought to enlarge the photo it was a blade of one of your plants. LOL  The small white dots could be planara or seed shrimp. Harmless. The other poster is right about the others, just algae.

This isn't what you asked about but that Anubia with it's dark veins and light leaf tissue shows it has a magnesium deficiency.

That's actually indicative of an iron deficiency. Although, it can signify that there is a lack of magnesium in the water column since magnesium is required for iron intake. It's entirely possible that he could have plenty of magnesium and lack iron or he could have plenty of iron, but lack magnesium.

But I add Excel Comp, API Leaf and Excel as directed...

Or you talking about Anubias Nano? I just bought it, maybe in the LFS they don't add anything...

Maybe I need to add Excel Comp twice a week?

Thanks!

If you just got it, just keep on keeping on and don't change anything until you know for sure.

Do you talking about Flourish Trace?
