So I bought a sponge filter and the current and bubbles were to strong for my betta. I followed videos on how to add a air stone to the sponge filter but after cutting the plastic tubing I found my air stone was to big to fit inside like the tubing like the video, doh. So I just added the air stone to the end of the tube put it inside sponge filter and connected the pump and the bubbles are a lot smaller and the current mess string. Is this even filtering my tank now though or just like using an air stone?
