in my last tank I had a major problem with fish-disease a lose my whole tank.now I start over again but I have high level,of ammonia in the tank

So you didn't cycle the tank? I would return the fish to the store and try to do a fishless cycle if you want to do this correctly and not lose any fish. Reading some of your past threads it seems you have not learned much.
