Starting to Stock 28 gallon bow front.

So after a long time of waiting, i have finally started my stock idea. The stock idea i had was: 6 neon tetras, 6 black neons, 2 male guppies, 3 male plat, and a dwarf gourami. The only problem after researching my pH was that neons and black neons need a lower pH. I then went to the store and bought 6 lamp eye tetra and realized they were attacking my guppies at feeding time, so i took out the guppies and put them in my other tank. Any good ideas for the rest of my stock? Angels? Another big tetra?
