Stocking ideas? overstocked? help

Hello, everybody

I have a 56 column tank one emperor 400 filter
My stockings are as below
5 angelfish (quatersize),
2 kissing gourami (about 3 inches)
6 black skirt tetra
6 neon tetra
2 pleco(one 2 inches one is 4 inches)
2 rainbow shark
2 snails

Am I overstocked? Will my angelfish get along with kissing gourami?

What are the dimensions of the column tank? I would say while not overstocked at the moment you will be once the fish grow. I'd get rid of the kissers and plecos. I assume the plecos are commons. They will both get huge. I'd lose an angelfish as well, they do better in even groups so one doesn't get secluded and picked on. The rainbow sharks will probably fight with each other when they get bigger as well so I'd give one of those back as well.
