Substrate

I recently bought some shrimp soil off someone and it's second hand...
How do I clean it?

Very hot water and than lay it outside in the sun on a large trash bag just watch your weather for rain.

Just clean it under hot water, then it's ready for the tank. Don't add soap or bleach.
