Suggestions for better filter cap? & frog question

I was doing an aquarium calculator thing to determine my stock and what's not for my tank. I came upon this message: Warning: You NEED to add more aquarium filtration capacity!!!

I'm using an aqua tech 5-15 for a ten gallon tank now. Any suggestions for a better filter?

Also I have two Adrian dwarf frogs. It told me they eat meat?? They won't eat flakes. However I've always fed them flakes and they seem to be completely fine?

try an aquaclear filter. They are great imo. maybe aquaclear20 for your tank.
