Swim bladder

My little ryukin has swim bladder disease. He keeps floating to the top. Heís had symptoms for about a week. I have just fed him some cooked peas, and will fast him for three days. Is there anything else I can do? How long will it take until I should see an improvement? Iím really worried...

Perfect water parameters.

Possibly will need meds if the great water parameters don't cause him to improve in a few days.
