Swordtail vs. Angelfish

i have a 5" koi angelfish thats been with me for awhile and i added a red sword male bc i like the color ofc,lol...but i swear i think the sword is pecking my angels eyeballs ! they even look a bit white in the middle and red around the edges...so im curious if any of this information might be indications of a larger problem or am i just making stuff up in my head bc im inexperienced ? lol

all comments welcomed and thanks community !

I believe male swords can be a bit bossy and a little bit nippy. I'm not sure about that, but seems like I read that once
