Taking care of established tanks, Need ID help

I recently got a job taking care of a fishtank room. Only issue is I dont know all the fish in the space. Please help me ID!

The two fish in the photo are Bedotia geayi, Madagascar Rainbowfish. The other is some kind of Julie cichlid

Currently one of the julie cichlids is floating a little off of normal. Does changing the food effect swimming ability?
They seemed to just be getting flake food, I started switching half of it to a cichlid sinking food last week. I didnt notice anything off before. One of the other fish seems to be nippy though.
