Tank going unfiltered for 4 days :(

Recently my whisper 60 started making a lot of loud noises and then broke down for my 55 gallon tank. So I ordered a Emperor 400 as a replacement that is coming on Wednesday. I was wondering if it would be ok to have my tank unfiltered for 4 days, and if so what should I be doing to prevent any crazy stuff from going on in my tank?

A very good airstone to keep some form of circulation going in the tank and a couple of waterchanges would be my suggestion.

Run an airstone, and do atleast a 50% water change each day. Take the filter media out of the broken filter and sit it in the tank.
