My tank just cycled last night. I know that people say to wait a while before adding shrimp. It is 25 gallons with lots of plants and debris from the plants.
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 5
I have 2 amano shrimp, and about 7 Sakura Red Cherry Shrimp. In the new tank there are a few pond snails too. I think their eggs hitched a ride from ap.
The only reason I would like to move them out of their 2 gal is because it doesn't have a heater (it died) so I would like to move them out of there as soon as possible. I could move a couple of the plants out of their tank so there is some of the old bio film from that tank into the new one, but I am thinking they will have plenty in the new one.

I am also dosing dry ferts EI.

Thanks
