Tank Update (LOTS OF PIX)

So I have learned a whole lot on here, thanks to all of you I started up my 10 the right way and have had no issues whatsoever. Well not counting my worrying about my fish lol.
Here are some pics for everyone


I couldn't find a pic of when I first set it up atm, but I will tell you it looked like sh*t lol.

Oh and just so everyone knows my light fixture is broken on one side that's why the tank is half dark

Here is Alejandro. He is a total camera ham! He was right in my face the whole time. He didn't even want to eat, he was too busy posing! LOL

No, it came with my 30. I got all sorts of stuff with it!

And it was planaria in the snail tank, because my filter quit working. That's when they showed up.
And I'm not sticking my hand in there until I know they are gone so that anchor is gonna stay like that lol

what a spoiled little fish!! he's so cute. i love that pebble cave, too, very cool. good idea to recreate it, AQ1. are you planning on getting Alejandro tank mates? is that PFS in your snail tank? what brand? just wondering which brand is so white, may want some at some point. oh, and i love the tree behind your tank! very cool little corner

Yes, he is spoiled I am getting 4 otos to go with him. They should be in this week sometime, but I am a little nervous about getting them in there. I haven't seen him with other fish so I don't know if he will nip them or not. I was going to get him a dwarf puffer buddy but I don't want them to fight when they are older so that will be it for the 10.

That is PFS in the snail tank, it is also in my 30. It is called Silurian Filter Sand. I got it Bellows, a pool store here in Bay City.

used the wrong stuff? this is worrying me bc i have been thinking about building a rock structur either out of rocks or form and sticking it to gether with silicone

if you use GE silicone 1, and let it cure for the full 24 (better yet 48 hours), you should be fine.
