Tank Water is green

Running two Rena Xp3's and Two Penguin 400's
- Do a 20 gallon water change every sunday
- EveryMonth I clean the Rena's and replace the carbon and ammonia and replace the filter pads
- The penguins I just use to move water and also for the bio wheels, I just clean the filter head
- No ammonia or Nitrates
- Ph is lower than it should be
 
If anyone wanted to know, the reason for the green water is that I have a high level of phosphates in the tank. The cause of this is two things, TAP WATER and also the shrimp I feed the stingray
