I have a 14g tank with a bristlenose pleco and red tail shark, neither are fully grown, they're about 2 inches each. I've had an issue as of late, adding tiger barbs that died very quickly 1 by 1...our water parameters are fine as I already made a post and there really is no reason behind the deaths. I'm going to wait a while longer but am wondering what some compatible tank mates would be? We dont want more tiger barbs because they became too aggressive with our bristlenose, who is my faborite fish (they bit his eye off!).Our current fish hide a lot in the caves we have, I believe they are both nocturnal (or so I've been told). Are there any fish that are more active that aren't zebra danios that are compatible?
