If you want an exact 100gals you'd be really lucky to find that second hand.

However if you're a wee bit flexible with the size you could pick up maybe a 120 gal or a 90 gal for fairly cheap.

Sites like Craiglist or eBay are good but local papers and free ads always give me the best results.

I got my tank, around 110 gallons on Craigslist with a stand and some extras for $70. Came with a Cascade canister filter (broken though), emperor 400 filter, fish food, dechlorinator, etc. Just needed a good cleaning.

Glasscages.com. If they don't have it they'll make it for you. Make sure you have plenty of funds in your bank account before you call them.

They ship AND deliver. Check their delivery schedule to see if they're going to be anywhere near your neighborhood.
