Tap Water Additives / Conditioners

looking for recommendations for water conditioners to use to treat tap water for a freshwater tank. Also is there anything else you always add during water changes / top up?

I currently use Tetra Aquasafe + and a little seachem neutral regulator. are there better brands? other things that I should be adding regularly. I have a 20 gallon High with no live plants that need to be fed
