Tapwater-Wet net or hands?

Forgive me if this sounds amateur, but I've been wondering about this: is it dangerous to place a net that's wet with tap-water in a tank without dechlorinating it first? Or even a wet hand?
Thanks!

Should be fine as it's a minuscule amount. If it's a tiny tank you can add Prime first if you are paranoid

I've only my own experience to draw from, but I don't think you'll have any issues even in a real small tank- it'll just be diluted as it would contain only a tiny amount- give it a good shake first or chuck some prime in as Coursair mentioned
