API Freshwater Test kit....your goal is to have a consistent ph, zero ammo and nitrites, and some say 20/40 nitrates.....someone else will chime in with more info

Depends on your fish...most fish can adapt to your municipal ph as long as it is steady...mine is always 7.4

Water chemistry for knife fish

I was unsure, I have never heard of a knife fish so I googled it a link for animal world came up, there are several different kinds of knife fish if you click on the pic you Willet the info for each specific kind
