My personal opinion is that you are overstocking your tank again and by adding a ton of different fish you are sacrificing proper schools and shoals of fish that really deserve them. Have you put your new stock list into aqadvisor yet? What does it say?

Yea aqadvisor says I'm not overstocked it says im fine
I am going to give my peppered Cory a partner and the reason that I don't want to add more neon tetras is that I don't want for the two I have to die because of the neon tetra disease my other 5 died because of that and both times I have gotten neons, both times they have died

Cory cats need larger groups than two. You need at least 3, preferably five. But with the loaches you don't have room. One bottom feeder.
You also, IMO, don't have enough room for all those catfish. I would pick one you like the best and stick with it.
If you don't want to get anymore neon tetras, take them back to the LFS, or give them to someone so they can have a proper school.

Yea I was thinking of giving away the neon tetras to my uncle he has a 50 gallon only with neon tetras and rummy noses so I think that's good
I was thinking the catfish thing too I'll probably keep the pencil cat and bumble bee

What LED is it?
I just got a 29 so I'm looking for a plant worthy light for it.

It all depends on your plant selection, the one I got will be good for low-medium light plants, but if you want something like baby tears or dwarf hair grass, then you need something more powerful

Ok if you are wondering what my whole stock is, here it is:
1 balloon belly Molly
5 red eye tetras
5 neon tetras (ok I'll order three from pet solutions, I hope they don't have the neon tetra disease
1 clown pleco
2 peppered Cory's
4 black kuhli loaches
1 bumble bee catfish
1 banjo catfish
1 bn pleco
Plants:
3 amazon swords
1 Anubias nana
1 water wisteria
1 java fern
1 banana plant
1 or 2 Marimo moss balls
Duckweed for some floating plants
And a bunch of anacharis

I would take away one pleco, add 1-2 more cories, and add some more plants!

I am adding a banana plant and I'm also covering the side walls and back wall(except where the amazon swords and wisteria cover) with anacharis

Could you get some neons from your uncle? Asking just cause it sounds like he has alot and you don't have to chance a bad batch. I dot think its neon disease, I say this cause all the other deaths that have occurred in your tank (and your tank params all being good), I honestly think its just your petsmart. I'm having terrible luck with the one I live by, and am now going to try online. No matter how delicate I acclimate or how perfect my params are, they die within a week or so.

Plants sound go to me. I am getting a banana plant here myself. I'd just work on getting them food!

I'm not knowledgable enough to say anything about your stock sorry.

Me too!!!
My local p-smart has good fish, but only the neon tetras have died, not sure why
My uncle says that he wants me to earn my own fish with my own work and money like he did, so he really won't give me three( although alone in the 50 Gallon, he has 40!)
Banana plants look really cool, don't know much about them yet, but I'm pretty sure root tabs and liquid ferts will work

But you've also lost an angelfish, a dwarf gourami, and a Cory that I assume you got from the same place. If your tank is cycled and stable you really shouldn't have such a high mortality rate. I agree with the above about something being up with your petsmart is there nowhere else you could go for fish?
