Every morning my lovely barbs and my gourami (the sole survivor from the illness my gouramis had a couple of months ago) greet me just like this. They swarm the area in the tank where I feed them. Love it!

I used to have a couple fantail goldfish who did that when I got close to the tank. I think at this time I had:

3 fantail goldfish
3 Cory cats
1 dojo loach
1 angelfish
2 plates
4 neon tetras
4 zebra danios
1 pleco

All in a 20 gallon tank.

The goldfish had EVERYBODY moving back and forth across the front. When I raised the lid, the goldfish would get everybody skimming for flakes. Certainly one of the radder things I have seen out of fish.

I love tiger barbs. I used to put in a piece of spinach or cucumber on a clip and watch them rip it apart.

Hahaha that is so cute my silver dollar are the only fish that seem to know I bring the food :p
