Think a black kuhli loach can live with a turtle ?

I am changing some things around in my tanks. And I was thinking about moving my loaches into my turtle tank. They always hide at the bottom so I can see my turtles leaving them alone, however they do look like worms, and they use to chase my rosey around a lot .

Aww I was thinking they would be good since they hide all the time, and since turtles have so much waste they could help keep the tank clean. But oh well.
