tiny worms on glass

So I've had my tank for almost a year and just recently I noticed those little worms on the glass in the tank...how do you get rid of these little buggers?

They may be detritus worms - they also may be planaria. Here is an article about planaria elimination: Guide to Planaria and Hydra Elimination - Aquarium Advice

Planaria makes my cry, as well as most other flatworms. I had a bad worm problem that I thought was Planaria but I now I think it was detritus worms. They appeared after I bought live plants from my lfs but they went away when I blasted my tank with hot water and cleaned out the filters.
