Question top fin filters
I've been using top fin filters for years.I was wondering if anybody has any tips on getting longer life out of the filters. I try to be gentle while cleaning,but they easily get shredded and the carbon ends up breaking through.

change them alot more often, usually 30 days max on carbon.
