Good day

Sorry if I post this topic / question in the wrong Forum.

Just a question about Trumpet Snails.

Im mew to them and used to hate snails in my tank. Alot of people ensured me trumpet snails are good for a tank and I started to keep them.

I eventually found 4 in my tank and enjoyed watching them grow to full lenght. After recently doing a water change I found a hand full of babies hiding in my substrate and under the driftwood.

Im scared they are to much for my tank and was wondering if it will be okey if I put them in my fish pond (kois, gold fish and some frogs).

Will they survive or will they be eaten?

Its eather the fish pond or I will just have to take them out.

Regards

The fish may eat them, depending on the size. They will thrive in the pond during the warmer months and will die off when winter comes.

Great thank you. Its summer over here and temperature are between 32° to 40°.

I have potted plants in the pond, so I still put them in there.

If your feeding too much you're going to have a population explosion, I have a bunch in my tank but they sift my sand so I don't really care. It really just comes down to how much food they get
