Under/overstocked or just right?

Today I found one of my blackskirt tetras had passed away. so in my 29 planted tank I have the following: 6 harlequin Rasboras, 7 blackskirt tetras, 3 julli and 3 sterbil Cory cats, 4 kulhi loaches, a number of ghost shrimp, clown pleco and a male bloivian ram. My question is how is my stocking level? I'm going to add 1-2 tetras soon to build my school back up. Does this sound good? My levels are all under control and I'm on a 25-30% pwc 2x a week.

IMO I'd say your spot on in your stocking level especially since you do regualar water changes and your tank is thriving.
