A while back I posted about my 46 gallon tank being cluttered with a ugly brown algae that took over all the fake plants , my "toys" in the tank and the bubble wands...well now after adding just 2 plecos my tank is spotless...it took them about 4 days to clean it all up..im just amazed...however now, I am left with long strings of turd...that the plecos are leaving behind...any idea on how to clean up this? haha, I am wondering if a rock cleaner would do the job?

Thanks!

as far as I know you are just going to have to clean up after the plecos your self. A gravel vac works well.

Yep - you will have to pay special attention to vac'ing the gravel when you have plecos. They don't really have a true stomach but a continuous gut, so they basically have to eat all of the time, if they can. They are very prolific waste producers, so keep an eye on your water params. What kind of plecos did you get?
