Upside Down Catfish Behavior

I just bought an upside down catfish today. I've never had one before, so I don't know how they're supposed to act. He's been swimming around the tank constantly, mostly around the edges, with no breaks since I put him in. Is this normal?

Glass surfing can be normal with any fish upon being introduced to a new setting. Just give him time to adjust for a few days and don't worry too much.
