Upside Down Frog

My African Dwarf Frog is floating upside-down in my tank, still alive... Just upside-down. Any ideas?

He's kicking spastically too.. I think he just might be on his way out. He's a 2 year old frog now.

umm. Ya, i would say it is too late for him. What are the parameters of the tank? (nitrates, ammonia, etc.) Also what are the tank mates? Is the tank cycled? Any other facts would be great.
