Wagtails Dancing?

I got two females yesterday so my two males would have company. Two of them even are doing this mirror image swimming thing, like trained dolphins or something. It really does look like their dancing, and they do it often.

Is this something normal like playing or possibly some kind of mating ritual? I hope it isn't them squaring off to fight.
