Hello everyone, today is day 7 of cycling my new 125 gal.tank. I've got 2ppm ammonia, 0 nitrites , 0 nitrates, ph is 7.2 . Just waiting for the good stuff to happen. Til then, I'll be waiting.
Waiting on bacteria .

Best of luck! I hope all goes well, can't wait to see the tank whenever it's all cycled. What fish/inverts/critters are you hoping to get?

If you have another tank you can use some of the filter media from that tank and put it in the filter on the new tank. That will help speed up the process. You can also put in some bottled bacteria like Seachem Stability, API Stress Zyme, Dr. Tim's One and Only. There are more, but these are the only ones I know of off hand. Bottled bacteria will help boost your biological media.
