Walstad Tank

Has anyone had experience with, or know about the walstad method. I researched it a few years back, and even purchased her book. Not sure if I want to take on the challenge. Thoughts? Positive or negative feedback welcome please.

I dirt my tanks, I would suggest going to dustins fish tanks and looking at his advice.
Positives, plants grow like crazy
Negatives, if you mess it up it can go very bad quick.
