Water bleach solution

Was wondering how to make a water bleach solution go kill the algae on the decorations in my fish tank and I won't be putting to solution in my tank

Wash/scrub off the algea then soak decorations in 1 part bleach to 19 parts water. Rinse very well, air dry or soak in conditioned water.

Thanks I did that on Thursday and then soaked the plants in just water Friday and Saturday then Saturday during the day I dryed the plants out and then put them in the tank and now everything is good no algae on the plants and stirred up the gravel real well to get the algae off
