Water changes

Never really thought of this.. but when my fish had ich i used to do a water change every other day, then every three days.. And i guess i kept doing em..c.c; How often are you supposed to change your water? and how much should you change. Ive got a slightly overloaded ten gallon, so i guess it might be better to keep doing the water changes.. Anyways! How often should you do water changes and how much shouldyou change.

I do water changes 25-30% once a week. A few of my tanks are slightly overstocked as well and this has worked well for me.

I do water changes once a week (usually on Saturday or Sunday) of about 20 to 25%. Although, I do them daily on the QT since it is cycling. Those snails sure do put out alot of ammonia.

I do a 20% water change every two weeks.

i do 30% (give or take a few %) every weekend on all my tanks.
