Not sure how much volume that is but I would, just in case.

If you add by bucket, dose the volume in the bucket. If you add by python or similar, dose for tank volume.

I use Prime for larger volumes of water. For <1 gal top offs, I use the API tap water conditioner. About 5 drops per gallon works. It's very concentrated. It has a flip up lid that makes drop dosing easy. But you should always dechlorinate water that goes to the fishys. OS.
