Water Conditions ph, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate levels

Ok just seeing if everything is looking good. Here is how i am reading these numbers just want to make sure my they are accurate.

High ph 8.0
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrate 5-10

Took photos one with flash other without.

Reason for me asking is some African Cichlids hitting rubbing themselves off bedrock only during feeding time. This normal or do they have something...?

What's the temp of the water?

Could be minor irritation or could be the onset of ich. Keep an eye out for them.
