Water test results

Looking for your expert opinions, these results are for my 10g tank, it is now 3 wks old, has 1 Betta & 1 Mystery snail. I did about a 50% or slightly more water change 24 hrs ago. If I'm understanding the cycling process correctly & am interpreting my results correctly I'd say I'm on the verge of being cycled!

Ammonia - .25 or a little less (0 being ideal) there's a slight green tinge
NitrIte - 0
NitrAte - 5

I have NOT done a water change nor added anything today.
 
Yes you should be cycled but that ammonia worries me... It shouldnt be .25. I advise more water changes until it is 0

Oh yeah, I'm definitely doing the water changes since its not 0. The pic I think makes it look a little darker & I'm sure you know depending the lighting & how you hold the test tube up to the chart it can look lighter or darker. If I see even a tinge of green I know it needs to have a water change. :)
