Weird fish thingy

Found this little guy In my tetra tank earlier can't work out what it is it's greenish with 4 legs and a tail with little bristles behind its head like a xoloto just added duckweed from my uncles pond where's there newts- fish and the occasional frog any suggestions on what it is?

Looks like a newt larvae that hatched from eggs attached to the duckweed (maybe). Eastern red spotted newts are frequent along the mid-Atlantic states.

I concur that it looks like a tiny, very young newt.
