Weird Molly behavior

The other day I bought 3 black mollies 2 mystery snails and 1 betta at first they all acted normal but after a while my 2 black Molly females stay hidden and now one has just disappeared what's wrong

The Beta is killing them. Betas should be in a tank by themselves. They do not like other fish in their territory. My Beta tank is beside my Molly tank the the Beta is always flaring at them. Sometimes you get lucky and a Beta will tolerate another fish but more often than not it never works. Put the Beta in another tank or return the mollies.
