What do you think of my stock?

I have a 55g sitting in my garage waiting to be cycled, so since that will be in a few months, Im just trying to plan everything out to keep me busy.
It will have sand, i want live plants, but not ones that need a lot of care and light. Suggestions?

So what I want -

1 peacock eel
1 leopard bushfish
1 electric blue crayish (probable)
8-10? Roseline sharks - any advice on these guys? i havent gotten around to doing much research on them.

I kind of want 2 german blue rams, but I don't know.
Any other stocking suggestions would be awesome.

I've seen crayfish catch all different kinds of fish. I'm sure there are fish that it just can't catch, but I wouldn't chance it. I'm just not a fan of those crayfish.

I'm afraid of that happening, thats why Im not 100% stuck on them. I like the look of them and it's a little different, but I dont want it snatching up my fish.
