Ok, so we are going to get between a 150 and 200 gallon tank when we move in a few months. I want to get a male painted turtle (10+ years old so its more likely to be herbivorous) and 2 fire belly toads. I will put a platform large enough to hover above the water for maybe 1/2 the tank, but the water will be at least 75-100 gallons total depending on the size of tank we get. Also a magnum 350 filter will be used so the water quality wont be much of an issue.
My question is what fish can i add? I want fish that are large and fast so unlikely to be eaten. I doubt being eaten will be much of a problem since neither the turtle nor the toads hunt under water and more than half of the tank will be water. I want the tank to be colorful. Any suggestions? My molly and guppy will be joining us as well.
