I found this creature in the frozen mysis shrimp I was feeding my fish tonight. Does anyone have a clue what the heck it is?

Hard to say. Freezing and degradation may have affected its appearance. Could be a juvenile specimen. It resembles something benthic like a goby, sculpin, or darter.
