This came from the LFS with some feeder shrimp

What is it? What should i do with it?

It is possibly a dragon fly larva (or similar). I would consider it predacious and get rid of it. That is, unless you have a fish big enough to eat it.

I'm no expert but to me it looks like it could be a small crayfish. Crayfish are very cheap and I often see them being sold as feeders. It probably got tossed into the wrong "feeder bin" somewhere along the lines before it made it to the LFS. Heck, it could possibly even entered the ghost shrimp tank on it's own if there were holes in the dividers.

Can you get a better picture of it to confirm?

looks more like a dragon fly nymph or similar nymph to me. it is predatory and will catch and kill any small enough fish. if you have a predator tank it would be good food.
