I discovered this invertebrate behind my food clip when I went to put a new piece of zucchini on. It stretches and bunches up like an inch worm combined with a slug.

I currently have it in a separate plastic container.

Its honestly difficult to tell what it may be from your pictures. Does it have a triangle shaped head or does it have suckers at each end that it uses to attach itself to glass? This may help to narrow down the field of possible suspects.

planaria: a type of worm

As far as I know they are only bad in shrimp tanks. They can be rid of by using a dewormer.

I have some in my shrimp tank and wanna burn their faces off. Because im too cheap to buy dewormer and go through the treatment.

Is about 3/4" long when it stretches out, it seems like it may have suckers but I'll have to check tomorrow. Doesn't look like it has a head unless it moves backwards

It was hiding in the dark? Have you seen them in the daylight/tank light or do they run for cover?

I've only seen one of them and I pulled it out and put if in a Rubbermaid, but it was hiding behind the clip that was holding a piece of zucchini.

Looks like a leech. Not those big, disgusting, plump blood suckers. I used to find them in my pond filter.
