What is this coming out of his rectum?

I currently house two BP parrots in a 55 gallon.. I noticed today that one of them have something coming out its rectum..
As it rubs itself against the ornaments little white eggs looking things come off of it.. The other parrot immediately eats it .... What is this

Its most likely just laying eggs and the second one is female also.

Oh nice but from what I heard, they can't have any fry??? Am I correct ???

I think the males are sterile but im not 100% sure on that.
