What is this creature??

I bought some hornwort from my LFS and when I put it in my tank I noticed some very small creatures in the hornwort. Some looked like possibly baby shrimp. I can't identify what this is. It has a skinny body and a bunch of small legs and some antenna looking things coming out of its tail.

Could be the larval form of an aquatic insect

I really can't make it out well in your pic but it sounds like a nymph of some sort. Probably a dragonfly
