Dwarf sagittaria. Or chilensis. At least that's what it looks like to me, i don't know much about plants so take my opinion with a grain of sand lol

Alright lol ill do some research on them plants and maybe take it to a local pet store

It does look similar to my dwarf sag- it grew very short when I had high light but when I switched to a lower light it shot up very tall like in that picture.
