What nitrate level is this?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me what this nitrate reading most likely is? 0 ppm yellow ammonia vial to the left of the nitrate vial for comparison.

To make it easier to see the correct reading always hold the vial about a half inch away from the card. :

I also struggle with the color comparison especially between the 10ppm and 20ppm. The colors look the same on my chart and the 10 looks ever so slightly darker than the 20ppm.

What I do is I lay the vial over the edge of color square so about half is covered by the liquid in the vial. Then I look for the edges of color square. If it disappears or you can just faintly see the edge, that is the number I go with. I do that with all my parameters.
