What to do with empty tank?

No clue what to do with my empty tank. I dont have a filter for it And I think it's around 3 gallons. Any suggestions.

Lol yup they need heaters, and filters. And water changes (although small).

Ok today I got some java moss some duck Weed and some other top water plant I.D please. I'm going to get red cherry shrimp in a few weeks.
