I have a fairly recently established 29 gallon aquarium. So far, it houses 4 zebra danios, 3 panda corys and a short-finned male betta. I would also like to get a dwarf gourarmi and possibly 6 cardinal tetras. Can I add any fish after that and if so, any suggestions?

Thanks

the dwarf gourami and betta could be a problem together. it really depends on whether the betta sees the gourami as another male betta, and whether he decides to get aggressive about it.

You would still have room for some more fish. Another small school of tetra would look nice and would be compatible. lemon tetra, black neons, diamond tetra...all come to mind as something different in color, but suitable/compatible.

I second the pair of rams, lol. hmmmm, I wonder why, lol.

Either Bolivians or GBR's would do wonderfully, as well as add a whole lot of character.
